A man is at a restaurant with his wife. All of a sudden, he gets a violent pain in his chest and falls on the floor, having a heart attack. All the other people in the restaurant don’t seem to be at all worried – they don’t even look at him. The waiter just waits. His wife even looks angry. On the floor, the man gives himself a cardiac massage. He saves his own life; stands back up and goes back to seat. His wife points out that his tie is out of place. The dinner continues as normal.
