Description
In Spain 43% of kids aged 6-12 y.o suffer from obesity. In this context, breakfast -the first food intake of the day- is really important to define good eating habits in kids, as its the moment where they eat more food with high sugar & calorie content. For this reason we reclaim the “good beginnings”, linked to breakfast but also to the beginning of life -childhood-, as a key moment to acquire values and healthy habits.
The film highlights the role of parents as agents of transmission of healthy eating habits among children, an initiative where we show that children with parents who eat well and in a balanced way will learn by imitation to do the same.
This film tries to raise awareness about the importance of teaching good habits at home, with an empirical case and the participation of real families in which genes are not always shared.
