In Buenos Aires, we parked vans near night venues. Promoters put traffic cones on the street and mannequins, showing big smiles on their faces, were placed on top of these cones. Promoters held urns containing the samples. The urns were mannequin buttocks wrapped in neoprene with a hole in them. Promoters invited people to insert their hand in the mannequin’s buttock, which dilated with the pressure, and take out the product.
Outcome
$9,000 investment increased sales by 23.5%.
