Corning® Gorilla Glass® helps protect millions of the world’s coolest electronic devices from the scratches, drops, and bumps of everyday use. To increase awareness, we created a heavyweight: Victor the urban gorilla. And to help Gorilla Glass® penetrate a new market in home appliances and design we put Victor in the kitchen.In the “Cooking Up Tomorrow’s Kitchen” TV spot, our sophisticated CGI gorilla Victor looks and acts very much like a real gorilla, but one with a taste for the finer things. He decides to try his hand at making a banana soufflé. Chaos ensues but eventually Victor succeeds. Score one for our modern gorilla-chef.
