We launched an awareness campaign in collaboration with the Spanish Radio Academy and some of their most distinguished members.
Seven of the most famous voices in radio became our brand ambassadors. Seven great voices with inspiring messages like: "In radio, more important than my voice is your hearing” or "If people cannot hear properly, radio therefore has no listeners." Seven great voices that were listened trough the main national and local radio stationsThe message was born on the radio and spread to other media to make aware about hearing problems to more people. We choose our most popular and respectful radio celebrity, Luis del Olmo (Honorary President of the Academy), to be our image outside the radio.In TV, we had presence through a 45” program broadcasted in leader morning TV shows. No spot campaign was made.
And finally we have a print campaign with advertorials and direct MK actions with e-mailing and brochures in shops
Outcome
Gaes reach really positive results that go above the communication and business goals:In terms of business results: -Foot traffic to Gaes retail locations rose 29% -Sales volume increased 25%-Improving conversion rate between visits and salesAs communication results-Gaes doubled (x2) brand advertising awareness-Improved key brand image values. As a campaign result, Gaes was perceived 6,4% as a more expert brand in hearing solutions and 7,6% as a more familiar brand
