In cooperation with DaimlerChrysler, a current Mercedes-Benz commercial ran as usual in the middle of a commercial break. But without sound. The viewer learns that neither the TV set nor the volume control are faulty only at the end of the film with the chart: 'This is what the world sounds like to deaf people'. The commercial is combined with an appeal to donate to the Association of the Deaf.

Outcome

We support the Association of the Deaf as a regional social client. This registered society is dependent on public donations. For this reason, the clear aim and purpose of the commercial was to raise awareness as well as the willingness to donate. Something which undoubtedly worked.
