Description

Tiger Beer’s Chinese New Year film seeks to connect with Singaporeans overseas — urging them to return home for a meaningful reunion. The film is part of a larger campaign to bring Singaporeans back home, from all over the world.

In the film, follow the lives of Ron, a bush pilot in Papua, Indonesia; Fanny, a student in St. Petersburg, Russia; and Daniel, a wind band conductor in Amsterdam, Netherlands. These individuals have been living alone abroad for several years.

We spoke to them about their struggles, their homesickness, who they miss, and what would they do if they were able to come home. Their words and feelings captured are the ones that will echo with the Singaporean overseas community.

The film ends with a call to action for Singaporeans abroad to visit the campaign microsite to win a fully-paid, return flight home, to make their reunions count.
