A group of police officers chase a man in female clothing around the city. They spot him jumping over walls and running.

Eventually they enter a building where everyone is dressed in similar attire. As one policeman pulls back a headscarf, he offends the others around. The people stand and surround the police. Panicking, one of the policemen decides to call his boss for back up.

We see the boss' phone ring, but he's unable to answer as his hands are dirty from eating food. He walks to the sink to try and wash his hands, but the water doesnt come out the tap. His wife explains that the pump isn't working.

Then we see the policemen left to face their peril.
