To use an actual and current 8 -page article in New York Magazine as a third party voice that points out the emormous failures of Mayor Bloomberg and the city to reduce the number of homeless in NY. Secondarily, to change the perceptions of our homeless neighbors by showing the human value and normalcy of them as aware and intelligent people.
