Description
TBWA Germany is always looking for young talent. The brief was to develop an advertising medium to attract the best young talent from art schools and universities.
Execution
This recruitment poster for junior creatives makes them understand the difference of working at TBWA with a simple graphic device taken from our unique Logo (Backslash). The poster was placed in design schools and universities across Germany.
Outcome
After distributing the poster, we doubled the applications from the targeted universities and art schools.
