HUMIRA Complete offers hope and encouragement to patients. Every image captures the confidence and sense of comfort we want HUMIRA Complete users to experience. Our photos are relatable. They tell a story or create a scenario that’s about being in the moment and the experience of enjoying it.
Execution
The launch of HUMIRA Complete required us to create a full suite of branded materials – from Welcome Kits and Injection Training Kits to Sharps disposal and mail-back kits. All materials needed to be available at launch in October, with sufficient scale to reach all new-to-HUMIRA patients and distribute to patients who had already been taking HUMIRA and had been engaged with any of our services. Over 100,000 patients enroll in our services annually. Our eCRM program is triggered based on time on therapy, and is therefore developed on a timeline customized for each patient, as we phase patients into the communication stream.
Outcome
In just a few short months, over 150,000 patients enrolled in HUMIRA Complete with over 14,000 Healthcare Professionals taking the initiative offering HUMIRA Complete to their patients. For tens of thousands of patients HUMIRA Complete is a familiar voice they can reach out to again and again.
