Big data about customers backgrounds, habits and preferences is becoming more and more vital to gaining business success. This small, simple DM cracked an opening into the conversation about data and its applications in an extremely personal way.
Outcome
IBM received a 11% response rate on this DM, twice the norm. And solid leads have already come from over 20 calls which came as a direct response from this DM. 4 IBM clients were so impressed they asked if they could order this new business card for themselves.
