OVERVIEW

Description

This is a story of a little schoolgirl and her everyday routine of stopping at a lonely sweet shop on her way back from school. A no-nonsense old man owns the sweet shop but each day the little girl somehow builds enough courage to pull out one rupee from her pocket and gets her daily dose of a single sweet. One day however when she brings her little brother along to the shop, she is bewildered to find that her pocket is torn and the rupee coin is gone. Her brother too is shattered. The two disappointed kids turn to go back home empty handed. The old man, on the other hand, feels he has been denied his routine call from the little girl. In his own grumpy style he calls the kids back and offers them not one but two free sweets.
