Thailand Institute of Justice, or TIJ, was established by the Royal Thai Government in 2011. It aims to promote excellence in research and capacity - building in crime and justice.

One of TIJ programs is to foster a societal shift through a campaign called "SPEAK UP, SPEAK OUT" that focuses on domestic abuse and sexual harassment. The brief was to create a powerful film to raise awareness on the issue and to encourage the survivors and their family to speak up.
