In July 2004, Premier Lodge and Travel Inn merged to form Premier Travel Inn, the UK’s leading and largest value hotel company. We were asked to develop a site to launch the new brand in February 2005, promoting its new brand values of being friendly and informal. To ensure the new website was the best in the sector it needed to maximise online bookings, be an optimum distribution channel and ensure the online experience was customer focused.
