Description
To bring young people closer to classical music we created an Instagram Story, for a set of different instruments.
We designed these "Instaruments" for the guitar, piano and xylophone and broke up songs into their component notes. We shared each story on ?? Sanat's account with the notes moving along the stories. This way users actually ‘played’ classical pieces as they went through Stories on our Instaruments.
Execution
As our Stories went live, we prepared sponsored posts to attract young people’s attention and invite them to ‘play’ our stories and to try our Instruments.
Outcome
In 24 hours:
- 285,000 views
- 10% increase in followers
- 30 fold increase in registrations for our newsletter
This way young people had discovered some of the greatest pieces of classical music in a medium they felt comfortable with.
