Description

A mailing that emphasised, in a very simple way, that unforeseen events may happen everywhere. An analogy was used which demonstrated that a torn sheet of paper pieced back together again will always look different to the way it started.

Outcome

Within 15 days, 2,060 cardmembers were reached and 165 of them acquired the insurance plan (8%).
