When in France, do as the French do. Taking lead from the country’s culinary tradition and in the glamorous atmosphere and sophistication of the French Riviera, an invitation was developed recreating the so-called French service: a complete set of cutlery wrapped in a cloth napkin inviting clients and partners to the meeting.
Outcome
The menu, signed by Chef Alain Llorca from the famous Moulin de Mougins Restaurant, ended up becoming one of the most talked about events of the 2007 season. The success of the lunch relied on the attendance of 80% of all guests, strengthening bonds with them and creating new business opportunities for the brand.
