We observe an elderly gentleman as he goes about his daily routine. We realise how lonely and isolated he is, living alone with no friends or family. Over the footage we hear a wonderfully warm telephone call between a woman and an old man.

We think this conversation is with our featured gentleman. But at the end of the film we discover the gentleman on the call is someone else, and our man truly is alone.

We then see a call to action to donate £10 by text, so that The Silver Line can support their telephone befriending service and continue to call the elderly.
