The media team steered the whole process. From identifying the new target group, using all available market research as well as segmentation of raw data to identifying the key learnings and implementing it into the media strategy and the TV optimisation. The target group findings were sent to the creative agency to produce the suited commercial. We were even called to join the caption of the new commercials to provide our input directly at the set.
