The film portrays workers in the three biggest industries for Estonians, Lithuanians, Romanians and Bulgarians coming to work in Norway: Construction, restaurant/hospitality and the fishing industry. Through slightly absurd situations, we see how our main characters in each industry observe how they obviously are missing out on something, and how their colleagues are getting twice as much as they are.
