Description
The aim was to fundraise money in Sweden to help homeless children in crisis affected countries during Christmas Holidays. The need for help in Ukraine increased rapidly during the time of the campaign period, since it was an extra cold winter in Ukraine. The cold weather makes it a really difficult time for children who live on the street. At the same time, many Swedes celebrated Christmas in a nice and warm home.
Execution
1. First, we decided to do a collaboration with the real estate agency Eklund Stockholm New York.
2. We created the direct letter.
3. We built the display apartment.
4. The campaign was launched on December 17th, 3 weeks after received brief. Everything was released at the same time: We made banners, PR, campaign sites, the display apartmanet and direct letters.
5. We also engaged the founder of ESNY, Fredrik Eklund, who announced the campaign in his social channels.
Outcome
After just one week, the product ”A safe home” had increased by 341 %. It also became Eklund Stockholm New York’s most viewed homes of all time. With over 10 000 views, it was shown approximately four times more than their usual listings, which usually have between 2000-3000 views.
