Description

Levi's Europe redesigned and relaunched it's site to audiences in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Recent research on existing levi.com (Europe) users had shown that consumers were looking for more extensive information on Levi's products and Levi's stores and dealers. The new levi.com (Europe) meets their needs with a sophisticated and extensive database that sits within a site that is designed with the strong, creative style for which Levi's is renowned. In the first phase a customer oriented site has been developed to provide the information Levi's Europe customers are requesting from the company, on a site that is committed to presenting the Levi's brand values on line. The site provides a commercial service within a creative and innovative environment - a full product catalogue is presented in a stimulating way that drives traffic into the high street shops and aims to increase product awareness. Traffic to the site has so far exceeded the target and there has been an excellent response from customers and press alike. The client has reported that since the launch consumer satisfaction has increased considerably and that this is the first time that Levi's Europe has successfully evolved it's website from just being a marketing tool into a real customer service.
