Description
We re-designed an ordinary hamburger wrapper as a tool to cover the customer’s mouth, so that female customers could enjoy a big mouthful of burger, care-free of being seen by those around them.
Execution
With a very small budget of printing new designs to existing hamburger wrappers, we could lower the hesitation of female customers.
The wrapper cleverly touched the female insight, and was instantly recognizable / talk-able / share-able, which was an essential feature for the quick service restaurant sector. This unleashed their long kept desire to enjoy the burger care-free.
Outcome
Helping the female customers to freely enjoy a full mouthful of the freshness burgers, which grabbed the customers' hearts.
The wrapper cleverly touched the female insight, and was instantly recognizable / talk-able / shareable, which was an essential feature for the quick service restaurant category.
Sales of the product to female customers were up 213% compared to the previous month. The idea was featured in national TV network as well as in the happy voices of customers over their FACEBOOK, Twitter and other social networking media.
