Fully Booked is one of the largest and most popular bookstore chains in the Philippines. They wanted to encourage people to keep reading and promote their comprehensive selection of titles as well.
The spot begins with the narrator mentioning what seems to be his age as he recalls important milestones in his life. As his life story unfolds, we notice an unusual jump in the age number. At the end of the spot, the title of the novel is revealed, and we realize that the numbers actually refer to the pages of the book.
The campaign reminds us that when we read a book, we’re not just turning a page—we’re living a whole other life through the character in the story—and that compelling reads are available in Fully Booked or fullybookedonline.com.
