During one week over 1 300 child coffins were spread over Stockholm. They were inside buildings, on the streets, in parks. A huge pile was built in the middle of Stockholm’s financial and shopping district. Every coffin had the message “Save a life, text a coffin away”.
The campaign kicked off with a silent march through Stockholm made by the employees at MSF, everyone carrying a coffin. That way we gathered the whole organisation.
Outcome
More than 80 000 euro was donated during the week. The face-to-face* donations increased with 25 percent during the week and afterwards (the results last year went down during the same period). The long-term results will be very positive. *People going around and signing up persons for donations.
