Description
A highly creative, multi-phased dialogue and motivation programme under the motto:"The search for sky conquerors - only the best reach Mount Olympus!". The specialised medical trade had to register for participation (advert, ADI - with the obligation of achieving 25% more turnover with Hartmann products). The incentive: an individual top team event which each participant was able to select from five "heavenly" offers. The route: the teams in question had to collect "talents" (by generation of turnover, participation in product training, special actions etc.). The mailings gave life to the sales talents: "Farsightedness", "Empathy", "Stamina" and "Celebrate Success".
Outcome
The most important traders took part in the programme. 80% achieved the incredible turnover objective. A further 10% reached the turnover objective with the help of further factors (training programmes etc). Questionnaires in the target group proved that it was enthused by the creativity and wanted more.
