On the occasion of the 71st Salon d'Automobile at Geneva from February 27 to March 11, 2001, a web special has been developed for the DaimlerChrysler AG opening a completely new chapter of the 100 year old "Story of Passion": the passionate relationship between the trademark of Mercedes-Benz and its customers.Before the background of legendary stories of "people and their Mercedes-Benz", the web special, above all presents the latest exhibiton highlights as the most modern examples for customer use and customer orientation in the Mercedes-Benz style: the presentation of the new and longer A-Class and the world premiere of the new, personalizable Multi Channel Portal.Thus, the new web special once again does not only communicate facts and data around the exhibition, but it also transports in the most unique way the connection between model cultivation and customer service, between clientele and passion - i.e, everything that makes the link-up between Mercedes-Benz and its customers so unique.
