Critical Mass was called upon to adapt, expand and evolve the mbusa.com website to accommodate new marketing directions, new models and new promotional efforts. To wit, the Vision GST 'intelligence gallery', South Florida Auto Show, numerous dealer site enhancements, as well as a number of promotional efforts (Winter Dreams, European Deliver Programme, etc.) were undertaken. In each case, the objectives were to:·Develop and promote the Mercedes-Benz brand ·Drive interest in Mercedes-Benz products and adherent lifestyle ·Build intrigue ·Forge loyal customer bonds ·Drive dealer inquiries Intended audiences include prospective buyers, existing owners and enthusiasts.
