OVERVIEW

Description

The G-Class of Mercedes-Benz has a long tradition in the German Military: it’s the 4x4 of the Bundeswehr. The objective was to create a brochure that communicates the past 25 years of the G-Class as a military vehicle and that announces the new G 280 CDI to the fleet managers of the German Bundeswehr.

Execution

A brochure made from camouflage fabrics used by the NATO titled "The right Stuff" was sent exclusively to the fleet managers of the German Bundeswehr. "The right Stuff" tells some of the heroic stories, the German soldiers and the G-Class were involved in.

Outcome

The response rate of "The right Stuff" was enormous: 75 % of the fleet managers asked for further information about the new G-Class, the G 280 CDI.
