Execution

We created the MINI using 3D Flash animation. 5 portholes were designed for the MINI to zoom out of onto the webpages of the selected independent sites. The MINI then rests on the middle of the page revving its engine to entice users to click and follow the white MINI to the next part of their adventure. The final executions were extremely polished and powerful, playing on the speedy dynamics of the new car.

Outcome

Success was measured on how we could get trendsetters to engage and discuss the campaign. The campaign achieved a 9.7% CTR and over a third of all users completed the entire journey. The campaign was picked up all over the world by a large number of non advertising blogs.
