OVERVIEW

Description

Citibank was one of the first US banks to launch a mobile banking product with Citi Mobile. It allows you to bank from your cell phone. We were tasked with announcing the launch of Citi Mobile with POS displays inside Citibank retail branches—and with recruiting customers for this new service.

Execution

A glass-covered display case. A pedestal and red velvet rope. This creative stopped traffic and told customers that there was a technical marvel on display: The world’s smallest bank! The services you visit a huge bank branch to use are now available in the tiny phone that you carry in your pocket!

Outcome

Campaign is ongoing and actual results are confidential. In store inquiries for Citi Mobile increased 650% after installation. Currently, results are indexing at 120% of target. In addition, this piece was the 'hit of the show' at Citibank.
