CHAT: Consumer profile: Young urban dwellers.Objectives: To promote the use of the chat service (conversation via SMS messages between several people simultaneously) amongst Telefonica Movistar's youngest mobile phone consumers. The objective is that our consumer profile understands the new Movistar Activa service and identifies with it via the language used.
