For those who’ve experienced the mountains in the winter, there’s nothing quite like it. But most Americans have been priced off the slopes by expensive lift tickets, gear, and lodging. Motel 6, a brand known for making travel affordable, knew they needed to make ski trips accessible for everyone.
Introducing “Ski For All,” a bold mission to reclaim the mountains. We started with a film about Joe Miron, a legendary ski bum who’s been skiing on a budget for more than 50 years, and has made Motel 6 his mountain lodge every season. We captured his journey, and published his budget-friendly tips so others could follow along.
Then, the film highlights how Motel 6 made affordable skiing even more possible for guests with two partnerships: IndyPass and Share Winter Foundation.
We proved that no mountain was out of range—or budget—if you stay at Motel 6.
