OVERVIEW

Description

Top Digital aimed to surprise its clients with a DM as innovative as the services the studio provides. But how to turn the traditional season’s greetings into something very special? The key objectives were both to impress Top Digital’s clients and to let them remember about the studio all year round.

Execution

That’s why we created a DM for real sound design lovers: The Moviesound Calendar, the first calendar that turns sound waves into illustrations. How it works: every month pays tribute to a cinema masterpiece. Iconic sound bites from cult movies become the basis of these very special movie posters, celebrating the Top Digital’s way to enjoy cinema. By ears.

Outcome

We send our DM to the main Top Digital’s clients: cinema, television and advertising professionals.

They all were impressed by the unexpected gift. But most important, even right now The Moviesound Calendars are hanging on the walls of Top Digital’s clients. Reminding them that good sound design plays a leading role in visual arts.
