Description

This ad celebrates the glamour, power and style of pop's biggest icon, and offers viewers a glimpse of what it’s like to have a one-on-one audience with the Queen of pop – Beyoncé.

The spot is set in the luxurious surroundings of a palace, and the viewer is teased as to who the Royal court is preparing for arrival. The Queen is revealed as Beyoncé. As she walks into a grand hall with an entourage of dancers dressed as footmen, the decadence and fun of the scene we are witnessing builds.

The spot takes the viewer on a journey – from the majesty, allure and prestige of the showbiz world we can’t normally touch, to a moment of intimacy with Beyoncé as she strides towards the camera, locking eyes with the viewer.

The spot was made to make O2 customers feel truly special when they see it, as a metaphor for the priority access they get to tickets, and therefore to their heroes.
