Dr. Sommer is the eminent advisor authority in sensitive teenage matters. o.b. became exclusive sponsor of Dr. Sommer’s "How do I tell my friend that" column and online site. The strategy includes content integration plus traditional advertising. Experiential and promotional elements are integrated through Dr. Sommer Mobil-Team which travels across Germany on an educational mission and distributes the o.b. Starter Kits eg in schools. Additionally ob is represented with a classical print campaign in teenage magazines.
Outcome
Tracking has proven an increase of ad awareness of o.b. amongst teenagers since the beginning of the campaign (+ 30%). High demand of Teenager Starter Kit (report from the Dr. Sommer Mobil Team). Extraordinary high online click rates: 0,15% for sponsoring logo, 1,95% for ads leading to educational special.
