To sparkle a reaction among Bonafont’s audience, by building a community trough social media, using the track-less Facebook profile to manage the involvement of 1 million Mexicans in a campaign to plant 1 million mangrove trees at those states. How would it work? Gaining 1 million likes would lead Bonafont’s Green Program to donate the planting of 1 million of these trees, bring life back to Oaxaca and Chiapas.
Outcome
In just seven weeks we achieved 1 million meaningful-likes! 1 million Mexicans showed their spirit of "Green Active"..
Bonafont built with each of the "Green-superheroes," a fan page of more than 1 million likes, with a conversion rate of 1 click = 1 fan, when the average for social responsibility campaigns is of 6-1.
Additionally we achieved:
likes per day increased by 1,798%
Interactions increased by 1,177%, from 1,710 averages to 20,134 daily.
The fan page’s scope increased by 9,050%, from 17, 608 (December 2012) to 1,593,641 (April 2013).
