Description

Ticketlink is an Internet Ticket Reservation Service Provider in Korea. They are ranked as number one in online reservation market in Korea. By using an online reservation system provided by Ticketlink, customers can easily make their conversations for seats, for movies, stage performances, sporting games, etc. without having to come to the crowded box office. Ticketlink also provides a variety and extensive information about movies, music, sporting games and cultural events through their service site, www.ticketlink.co.kr. So it became a cultural port site. Ticketlink has developed a very powerful reservation system by linking and integrating their system into the nationwide offline box. To build a new web brand identity, we introduced cyber manager concept. We developed illustrated characters of managers who are in charge of each category. And we named each character.We renewed the site design under the unified concept of 'Funny & Entertainment'. In the navigation part of the site (top menu bar of the main page), we tried to make a new brand identity salient and deliver fun to the users by using illustration and Flash animation together. We re-organised a layout of main page and developed a well-organised user interface to maximise userability.
