Background
Those last few months, the Internet has taken a more immersive and physical form (metaverse, avatars, virtual fashion…). An evolution which brings big expectations and opportunities but also a lot of uncertainties and fears: online harassment made even worst in VR/ inequalities becoming physically visible through the skins commerce system/ facial (and so security) data collected…etc
As the leader of telecommunications in France & internationally, ORANGE who has always put the people before the technology, delivers here its vision for the Internet to come. A pledge for a place ruled by trust.
Execution
To show the feeling of freedom and empowerment that one can experience when evolving in a trustworthy metaverse environment, the challenge was both to exalt the concept of Trust Fall through a demanding choreography and stunt work, and also to create a credible emotional story lead by a strong cast. Direction was here absolutely key to bring to life this conceptual entertaining yet emotional piece. If you also consider that all of this is happening in a Metaverse world reinterpreted in a real-life way, you immediately understand the crazy puzzle it was. The direction put it in the right order, to build a credible story for the viewer.
Outcome
To date only a few results from the Polish market are available in post-tests.
