This film captures the train journey of a small boy and his memories associated with them; his fascination for a new comic book; how upset he becomes when his mother gives it to the other girl in the compartment how later on he couldn't resist the warm welcoming friendship from her. The film highlights the joyous naughty moments between them! There is a moment of fright when the boy feels that the train is leaving his father back at the station. With the night fall he still can't resist climbing down his berth to discuss the amazing starry world with her. At the break of dawn he realizes that the stars and moonlight would be their last conversation. Although his grandmother's warmth in the welcome melts him he still couldn't stop a bright smile on his face when his friend waved back at him as the train left.
