The Brawny Academy Field Guide is a 16 page downloadable booklet featured on the Brawny Academy website. The guide features key lessons and tips from the Academy, teaching men to become more helpful, caring, and hands-on around the home. Women were encouraged to actually print the guide from the site and assemble their own hard copy to share with husbands and friends or email them in PDF form for even faster sharing. Other elements in the guide included a brief historical background on the Brawny Man and merit badges to award husbands with for key milestones in their behaviour modification.
