This spot is a litlle boy's appeal. He is talking as a representative of all kids whose mothers try "to take them in" in order to make them eat food they don't really like.
He is showing different kind of evidence which reveals kids know of the different tricks mothers generally make use of for that purpose.
It is an appeal to reflection which ends up in a request to a group of managers so that they will invent something they will feel like eating, sparing kids and mothers so many ridiculous moments.
