Description
We chose to communicate in places where women are confronted with their appearance. The most obvious, is luxury boutiques. We negotiated a way of doing this with humour and complicity in a number of boutiques close to the Clinic. We set up in the fitting-rooms a mirror on which a fake silhouette of a woman was stuck with the following sentence “Give you the chance to have the size that fits you.” The ad was placed for a month.
Outcome
When making an appointment at the Clinic, clients are always asked how they came to hear about Aesthetis Clinic. Over 6 weeks, an average 9% of clients (42 people) claimed that they had been exposed to the “mirror ad”. This accounts for an estimated €400,000 turnover compared to a €2,500 investment (ROI 1:160).
