The design concept clearly contrasts with the average look of premium meat products. It has become an important incentive for Swedish food chains to run the product line. By adding facts and knowledge to the packaging, Polarica refers to a growing food interest; it's all about origin, purity and taste.
Outcome
The design concept borrows its expression from the world of outdoor life, hunting and hiking. Avoiding the most obvious: mountain sceneries, random reindeers, and magnificent sunset. The distinct packaging pops out of the shelf in grocery stores and has caught some attention in food and lifestyle media.
