Description
British Columbia’s electricity provider asked to take the often-dry subject of electricity conservation, and make it engaging to various demographics within the province. Average time on the 129-page conservation portion of their site was under a minute.
Utilizing actual customer data, we created six quirky 3D characters to relate to various demographics and personality types within British Columbia. We spent nearly a year sketching, iterating, rendering, voicing and animating to achieve looks and personalities that would not only entertain, but engage and educate.
The result was an audio/video-enabled, cross-platform HTML5 site that increased time on site by 400%.
