Description
Maxiprint is the fastest printer in the world. Thanks to the newest technology and intelligent infrastructure, Maxiprint, the Internet printer, can not only print extremely cheaply, but also at exceptionally short notice. This competitive advantage definitely needs to be communicated.Maxiprint wants to prove this with an advertising campaign by challenging the fastest medium of printing press: the daily press. For one week, in competition with the daily press, the word speed is redefined in the print industry.
Execution
A team, consisting of the Internet printer Maxiprint, a news editor, three news agencies, an advertising agency and a poster company, goes for the competition. The partners are standing at the starting positions on the hunt for new headlines. When there is a sensational report on the ticker, it takes a maximum of 388 minutes until it is designed, printed and distributed on 30 bill boards at the Zurich train station. The astounded commuters are surprised with the newest headlines in the morning, which they are still searching in vain for in the morning press.
