Description

Versatility and resourcefulness are invaluable assets for a production company. Thinking outside the box and solving complicated problems has always been one of our client’s specialties. As for versatility, it came along with extending their business from casting to location scouting and prop production. What they needed was a surprising, unusual way of communicating their versatility, one that would truly impact their target audience and increase market share.

Execution

We managed to create visually impacting pieces at low production costs (as we were working on a low budget). Since we were supposed to use an unusual approach to showcase versatility and the company’s ability to surprise, we decided to use optical illusions. With this effect, we managed to convey versatility by making their new line of work appear inside an image that represented what they were already doing. In addition, we also managed to generate the necessary impact.

Outcome

The pieces were placed at locations that allowed us to reach our target audience: filmmaking production companies, photo, TV and cinema studios, and also bars frequented by professionals in these areas. We successfully achieved our goal: the market was impacted by the message of our client’s new line of work; as a result, the requests for prop and location production almost matched the requests for casting.
