Description
This action was based on Canon sales staff using the material as handouts to current customers and prospects. It was also used as a sales tool by the sales staff. The basic message exploits the virtues of colour in business: 'Emotion counts in business too. Emotions in color'. The action comprises a metallic container for the customer to keep, a brochure and a gift candle representing the concept of colour and the sensations it provides. As an extra, it contains an extract of the 'Intelligent use of color in the office' report developed by IDC for Canon, which validates and adds credibility to our product proposition.
Outcome
About 5% of the companies visited ended up buying an IRC3200.
