Incriminating polaroids appeared in magazines and in public, while video evidence appeared on TV screens at electronic retailers and on national TV.Newspapers’ TV ads asked people to read about the Pele scandal in “tomorrow’s edition” where the entire story was revealed on the front covers.On the ground, fans experienced the evidence inside giant “evidence” packages and on modified canal boats.After Italy’s final win (PUMA team), newspaper ads declared: “The case is closed”.

Outcome

Since World Cup 2006, PUMA Football turnover has risen by 40% in relation to 2005.With regards to becoming a top 3 football brand, Forbes magazine published the following, the day after the world cup final: “A month of competition, 64 games but only one winner -- and its Puma”
